Note: We aren't able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team zuqowear@gmail.com We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you want to return or exchange, please contact us to provide your Order Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Order Cancellation

For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
We will not accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the package.
Refund Policy

At Zuqo, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you wish to request a refund, the following terms apply:

Refund Request at the Time of Delivery
Customers must inform us immediately at the time of delivery or in front of the delivery personnel if they wish to return the product.
If the customer has already made the payment, we will process the return.
The refund process will take 5 to 15 days, and the customer will receive a refund for the product price only, with the delivery charge deducted, unless the issue is due to Zuqo’s fault. it'll take 5–15 days.
2. Refund Request After Receiving the Product
A) Customer Returns the Product via Courier
If the customer decides to return the product after receiving it, they must send it back via courier at their own cost.
Once we receive the product, we will refund only the product price, excluding the courier charge.
If the return is due to an issue caused by Zuqo, we will bear the courier cost.it'll take 5–15 days.


B) Zuqo Picks Up the Product

If the customer requests Zuqo to pick up the product, the pickup process will take 3 to 5 days, depending on the courier company.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it.
If there are no damages or issues caused by the customer, we will refund the product price minus the delivery charge. The final refund amount will depend on the inspection outcome; it'll take 5–15 days.

Return/Exchange Process

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.
We'll email you once we process your refund or exchange, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)
For some products with hygiene concerns, such as boxers and socks, they cannot be exchanged once used. You must inform us before using the item if you wish to exchange it. If the item remains unused, you will be eligible for an exchange.
Note: All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging.
