📩 How to Request a Return/Exchange

Email us at info@zuqo.shop or zuqowear@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

We'll reply with return/exchange instructions. Please follow them carefully.


🔄 Return Options

Option 1: Customer Returns via Courier

Ship the product back at your own cost.

After inspection, we’ll refund the product price only (delivery fee excluded).

If ZUQO is at fault, we’ll cover return shipping.

Option 2: ZUQO Pickup (Dhaka Only)

Pickup takes 3–5 business days.

After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll issue a refund minus the delivery charge.


💳 Refund Policy

Refunds take 5–15 business days after inspection.

Refunded to original payment method (bKash/Nagad/bank).

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.


🛑 Non-Returnable Items

Worn, used, damaged, or washed items

Products without original tags/packaging

Final-sale items

Opened boxers, socks, or hygiene-sensitive products


🚫 Order Cancellation

Cancel within 24 hours of ordering if not yet shipped for a full refund.

Shipped orders cannot be canceled. Please apply for a return after delivery.
