Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet. After shipment, please follow our return policy.

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
You will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped.
5. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

6. Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes. Used or damaged items, hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., boxers, socks), and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
