📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed after 6 PM or on holidays will be processed the next working day.


🚚 Delivery Timeline

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days

Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
Delivery time may vary due to courier service delays, weather, or unforeseen events.


💰 Shipping Charges

Inside Dhaka: 70 Taka Only

Outside Dhaka: 130 Taka Only

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by ZUQO.


📍 Delivery Coverage

We deliver across all major cities and districts in Bangladesh via trusted courier partners.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor delivery status.


🚫 Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, phone number, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur additional shipping charges.


🔄 Damaged or Wrong Product?

Please inform us at the time of delivery or within 24 hours via info@zuqo.shop / zuqowear@gmail.com

If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all related shipping costs.
